All about fell running

with (and without) a disability

Why I made this website

Mostly I hope to inspire other people, with or without disabilities, to get out there and enjoy the fells and maybe feel a little better!

Useful for you and me

  • An aide-mémoire for useful stuff
  • A journal to track progress
  • A place for me to share my experiences
  • Recipes, hacks, tips, tricks
A beautiful purple heather and a soft peaty trail with trees and hills in the distance
Open fields leading up to a pike, a tree trunk to the left and branches overhead frame a clear blue sky.

Make a living

  • I include links to products and services
  • Some of these I earn a commission on
  • I only recommend what I use and will aways be transparent
  • No aggressive ads or other garbage

“There’s a great empowerment that I get from running, not only from the endorphins . . . Being a runner, to me, has made being depressed impossible. If ever I’m going through something emotional and just go outside for a run, you can rest assured that I’ll come back with clarity and empowerment.”
